it seems more more obvious to me that me and drake, have alot in common as men and as well as artist also. it seems my lust for putting my mark on history is similar to the goals of drizzy, and i and see and hear this in songs as well as interviews. im just waiting for my chance to share my music with the world and my time is comming very soon. songs like sucessful and little bit are songs i could have really seen myself creating, and i hope that he doesnt take all my idea's for future projects lol. its also a crazy af about the way he feels towards his mother and the way i feel about mine, and the way he lost his blackberry with all his verses in it and i lost my lx as well. but hey, you have to start from scratch sometimes. we are also alike as far as writing music, not only r&b but hip hop too. to make this shorter, drake is probaly my favorite artist as of now and one i can relate too so check out this interview.http://www.ihiphop.com/viewVideo.hhc?videoId=5062

lol check out baby mama

smh.

alright like really come on now. are you serious ? are we as people serious ? i mean i commend charles hamilton for what he said about vh1 exploiting black people for ratings(even though im not a fan of his music). but yeah let me get ray-jay. who the fuck are you bro like foreals. i understand that your brandi's lil brother but you really wouldn't have made it without her being already a established star. i mean your voice isn't really great, and your music sure the hell isn't either i mean ray-jay is the definition of ignorance. everyone with any type of common sense knows that "for the love of ray jay" was a poor attempt for publicity, i mean wasn't the sex tape and dating whitney houston enough ? grow up my nigga. im not gone lie the show was amusing ill give him that, but when are we going to evolve and watch something more intelligent. and this is not to be mistaking for hating, i give credit where credit is due. but be real, ray-jay is not a factor in r&b(important enough to make it to tay's blog lol) and this show was just a groupie contest and the biggest groupie won.

our world, our poor, lost world.

it seems like its another movie thats try to sabotage the christian and catholic belief system. i mean basically this movie is about a secret cult that supposably found the "true" origin of life and the world. also, supposably the catholic church brutally murdered these people to keep the secret hidden. basically this is saying that we didnt come from god, and there's some other way the world came into existance and some how this people figured it out, and a churched killed them ? i mean idk about how everybody else feels, but i feel disrespected and hurt as a true christian believer. and i know i'm young and i haven't done a whole lot of research, but i know enough, and this is the definition of blasphemy. should this type of mental filth be aloud to released and turn people against beliefs they've grew up and and truely believe in they're hearts ? i mean this bullshit is going to keep happening and a lot of other people should get involved like i am. angels&demons

some o' bull sh#t !

it seems that ive stumbled upon something that really upset me and i felt like i was pushed back so far when us as a race was supposed to have moved forward. this, which is only a cartoon reminded me about what we were thought of back then. a bunch of "hoolagan" "jungle" "monkey" "coons" who had big lips and was as black as night. i mean these Stereotypical Cartoons are as bad as "white only" bathrooms and waterfountains or any other racist or segregated things we had during this civil rights movement. and i see why equal right actavists like dr.martin luther king faught so hard for us and we end off like this in this 2000 era but thats a whole nother subject just check these video's out smh. even though the cartoon didnt acually said the word you can tell that this was what they define as "niggas".

now ultimately this tells you that almost everything back then was racist or stereotypical. even cartoons.

r.i.p my heart and soul.

delilah johnson and carrinton hendersondelilah johnson.carrington henderson the 3rd. were 2wo of the most important people in not only mife life but the world that i lost and we lost in the year 2008. even though i feel i took them for granted, they both had a big impact on my life and always will. too intelligent people who could have benefitted us all are now gone but never forgotten. delilah, who was not my "blood cousin" was my blood cousin. i dont know how she felt about me, but i truely looked up to her in a way. its like i grew up with her chris and alexis. and she is truely missed. carrington who is my 1st cousin was more like a brother to me. even though he was lost in the streets he could still reflect and relate to anything that was going on. he was a diamond in the ruft and the world has truely lost a great.

but drake who ?

"drake drizzy rogers" is mostly all that i listen to now. i just feel that his music is different and diversity is always needed. the best of to good genres, r&b and hip-hop. i mean what tight rapper or any kinds of artist have you ever heard some out of toronto, canada ? even though its a lot of talk of him being another "lil wayne wanna-be" or "wezzy swagga jacker" i believe he has his own style and i cant really see how he is compared to wayne. who is drake ?drake is the future of music. no sacker type-shit

Houstatlantavegas - Drake

who the fuck is kid cudi ?

i mean its a big hype over this dude "kid cudi" and i mean he seems like a cool dude and day n' night was a cool song but its too much talk over his music which isn't that great and quite frankly i wouldn't care if he retired. can we say one hit wonder ?

im sorry but he's wack

"the jungle creed"

"the jungle creed says that the strongest prey on whatever it cans, and i was branded beast, at every feast, before i ever became a man." this is a quote from a movie called "deep cover" starring Laurence Fishburne in 1992. this, whatever it is poem or sentence, it seems to grasp my attention. i dont know all the details about the jungle creed but i will research and talk about it in later posts.

even though im not fond of ice-t and his music or some of the things he do, this is some real shit.

some white idk just watch.

music for tay.

umm for as long as i can remember i like music. even though in my earlier years i seemed to be more intersted in cartoons rather than music. and i still like cartoons lol. the first piece of music i ever bought was "nice and slow" ny Usher and i bought that on a cassette tape which i played on my brand new "boombox" i had got for christmas i believe. and i dont why i wanted it or why i even knew his name or music but i know i want "oosher" "mama oosher" when my mother ask me what i wanted at the music stand in a swap meet on the east side of long beach. i was 4our years old walking around singing "i wanna take you too a plce nice and quiet...". and music after that seemed less interesting untill i feel upon a movie "the temptations" which seem to compelle me to sing when singing is not really my thing even though i can write r&b. and the movie was like my "remember the titans" it inspired me i mean idk i loved that movie. and then a little bit later in life i discovered 50 cent who is which snatched me in hip-hop when he dropped "get rich or die trying" and that had a nigga on some othe shit. i took my own 5ive dollars that i had made and bought "get rich or die trying and "nellyville" from this dude on the corner selling rap cd's. even thought it took a while too study rap ive always known who Tupac was and i used to listen too the Hot Boys and all that when my big brother and cousin's played them. now when i heard cassidy vs. freeway i started writting and doing my own little freestyles. i found it so easy to make words rhyme. then in 2005 when lil wayne dropped the "carter 2" i was at an all time high and music was different too me is was like i listened to it all the time i was a rapper lol. then came dedication 2, the droughts and the game's "documentary" had me wanting to rap soo bad. then in 2007 i discovered "mixcraft" which was shown to me be my cousin chris and i went and bought my own 10dollar computer mic and started making my own songs, even though i was never satified with the clarity. and now im more like a rapper/songwriter, desperately trying to find a studio and a good producer.

Nice and Slow - Usher

my first post. "progress"

from my earlist memories in life ive always have been told that im "advanced for my age" or "mature" and the phase i seemed to get the most was "wasted potential". but it seems that everything i did was half-assed because ive always got the short end of the stick. nothing ever seemed fair. and its a shame because its hard for me to put my all in something or give it my all, i guess im interested or good at too many things lol not to be cocky. but as i digress, im truely growing as a person, and i like the person im growing into. one quote that stuck out too me was one by glynn or "g-austin" who even though we went to the same school my freshman and his senior year, we never said more than 2 words to eachother even though i can see simarlarities in our personalities, but he wrote "ill change the world before i change myself" and i commend that even though i feel that change is something thats always needed. i believe that no one person is perfect, and perfection require's improvements, and to improve is to change. as long as the change is for the better we should be comfortable with saying that i can do better of be a better person.
